個人簡介

我的目標是教育本港市民如何預防慢性疾病,管制及調埋他們的飲食習慣,生活方式,食物或商品挑選方面,希望能塑造一個更健康的城市。先前,我曾是一家食品實驗室的研究助理,負責重新制訂一款上市的針對腸易激綜合徵患者的食品。另外,我還是一間健康食品零售公司的營養顧問;需要進行不同健康

產品研究,分析並宣傳及推廣保健產品給客戶。

要保持健康體魄,我的建議是均衡飲食,包含攝取優質的必需蛋白質,脂肪,複式的碳水化合物和各種植物營養素。這有助於抗炎,抗氧化,促進我們的新陳代謝及平衡荷爾蒙。還有,適量的運動也是生活中必須部分。

Personal Profile

As an experienced Nutritionist, I work with NGO, cosmetic agency & social welfare organization in HK mostly on health consultation, weight management, meal plan, food & nutrition research, recipe development and health talk to manage Non-Communicable Disease clients. 

 

My goal is to build a healthier city by educating people on prevention of NCD with monitoring on their eating habit, lifestyle, food choices in order to choose good quality commodities.Previously, I was a research assistant for a food laboratory on reformulating food product for Irritable Bowel Syndrome patient that carried out to the market. Also, I was a nutrition advisor in a health food retail co. to do product research, analyse & advertise health products to their customers.

 

My advice to have a fitted health, we should consume a balance diet with good quality of essential protein, fat, complex carbohydrate and various kinds of phytonutrient. This aids in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, boost our metabolism and balance our hormone. Likewise, exercise should be added in as a vital component of our lifestyle.
